To develop API business across the all India level.
To assist Marketing Head in budget & planning execution.
To liaise between Plant, QC, QA & Customer.
To carry out all activities related to Marketing of API.
Techno commercial negotiations & finalisation of orders.
Building customer database for marking marketing plan.
To meet existing customers, Follow-ups to direct customers for sales, to evaluate the business opportunities and to offer sales support.
Identifying new areas of business & develop new markets & new customers.
Achieving sale targets.
Facilitating customer audits.
Attending customer complaints & make sure that complaint get resolved.
Perform analysis and market research
Sales planning, forecasting & budgeting.
Follow up with factory for their production plan & dispatches.
Launch the New API in MARKET.
Make survey of new product (Demand Supply competition).
All sales related activities starting from enquiry generation to after sales service and follow up for repeat order.
New customer development
New product development and market research.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
