Implement and administer incumbent health and wellness program for employees and dependents

· Liaison between all stakeholders to ensure fluid functioning of wellness program

· Monitor and track various metrics

· Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures

· Oversee reports, audits

· Identify and address problems/escalations and amicably resolve

· Excellent communication skills

· Technology proficiency : knowledge of excel , powerpoint is mandatory
