Responsibilities include Sales Planning, Sales Co-ordination, handling major corporate accounts, channel sales, inventory control, credit control and revenue generation Handle construction chemicals at various stages of construction/ repairs/ maintenance Handle geographical areas, institutional clients like Government and Semi Government Institutions, Corporate Clients, etc. Written communication with customers and preparation of technical proposals Incorporating company products in private and government tenders and tracking projects until order realisation and supply Experience in industrial sales, project sales OR government projects Must have some experience with dealer sales as well Excellent Excel and power point skills

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
