We are hiring Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditors to monitors and measures the quality of inbound and/or outbound customer service calls.

Location Nehru Place and Noida â€" New Delhi

Salary : Depends on Your experice

You will be responsible for such activities such as:
 Monitor Consultants Calls
 Listen to live and recorded calls to monitor the quality of each agent in the Call Center
 Scoring Consultants
 Based on set scoring system, score individual calls for both hard and soft skill adherence
 Documentation
 Provide written documentation of each call monitored to be included as part of the overall agent’s scorecard
 Work with Training Manager regarding new employees
 Audit new agent's work to ensure training standards are being met
 Provide feedback
 Being an active member of the team by providing ideas for improvement in processes
 Informing Management of repeated errors by either individual agents or overall in a proactive manner
 Other tasks as assigned by Management as needed

 Demonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism and integrity, and exercise confidentiality in all areas of performance.
 Follows regulations and site protocols, policies and procedures.

 Adapts and is willing to learn new tasks, methods, and systems.
 Reports to work regularly as scheduled; consistently punctual with respect to working hours and lunch schedule and maintains satisfactory personal attendance in accordance with company guidelines.
 Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner.
