Job Description
• At least four (4) years of relevant ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise


• Demonstrated knowledge of core ITIL processes (CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change)

• 6+ years of experience working with ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment

• Demonstrated knowledge of system design and development used within web service or

message-based applications (e.g. REST/SOAP)

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development / implementation / administrative experience

• Configuring and managing Discovery and Orchestration application elements

• Hands on experience on modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps

• Experience with Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies

• Experience with AJAX, Jelly, or PERL scripting

• Experience coding of DHTML/XHTML and CSS

• Experience developing with Relational Databases such as MYSQL

• Demonstrated knowledge of database design and table interaction within the ServiceNow


• Experience talking to customers to get business requirements, understanding challenges and

translating those into working solutions

• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills

• Demonstrated problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, and team skills

• Experience working with a 24x7x365 Managed Services environment would be preferred

• Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and good experience in doing customization in UI Pages / UI

Macro / Jelly Scripting / JavaScript etc.

• Knowledge of Web Development frameworks like Angular JS / HTML 5 / JQuery / CSS

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
