Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Excellent written and Verbal communication skills

2. Answering premium customer queries via Voice/ Chat channel

3. Establish relationship and trust with customer by ensuring qualitative service

4. Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers

5. Possibly delegating certain customer enquiries to specific teams

6. Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails

7. Managing customers’ accounts

8. Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken

9. Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets

10. Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary
