Job Description:

The candidate will be the primary owner for functional design, planning, scripting and execution for a variety of key customer-facing applications.
As a premier Oracle Mom Suite implementation partner, Infogain is currently looking for qualified BA people having experience with Oracle Retail Merchandizing Application to join the retail team.
Engage with the business to understand their requirements, perform analysis and convert to project scope.
Write Functional Specifications for IT development and support User Acceptance Testing as needed
Possess knowledge / experience on retail MOM and minimum two implementation experience with large customer.
Good hands on knowledge on retail application business process flows.
Effective written and verbal business communication skills .
Document effectively, using non-technical business terms and vocabulary that will be clearly understood by all users and co-workers.
Coordinate, facilitate and make presentations.
Interact with project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project objectives.
Design and create Use Case to address business and technical needs.
Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to meet quality as per customer requirements.
Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate.
Business architecture views and viewpoints (conceptual and logical)

Required experience :
Implementation Experience on at least 4 of the following: Oracle RMS, Oracle ReSA, Oracle RPM, Oracle ReIM, Oracle Allocation, Oracle RTM/RFM, Oracle WMS, Oracle RPAS, or Oracle RA.
Experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in all project phases - plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, implement.
Proven record of analysing processes & workflows, assessing their efficacy, relating to business plans & goals and suggesting re-engineering / simplification solutions.
Knowledge and use of industry standard Business Analysis tools and techniques.
Ability to work and prioritize independently and able to manage aggressive deadlines.
Excellent analytical and communication skills

Desired Skills :
Should have experience in managing Client and Team.
A good team player with Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and ability to articulate with people at all levels.
