Min 3+ years of experience in Bench Sales in US IT Recruitment
Experience in US IT Staffing, Bench Sales, Marketing and Recruitment Life Cycle.
Experience in working with Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners
Expertise with the tax terms like Corp-to-Corp, W-2, 1099 etc.
Must have Good Network & Contacts with US IT Staffing.
Communicating with the consultants on a Daily Basis and update about submission and interviews
Must be aggressive, team player, dynamic & result oriented.
Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites and share them with consultants.
Marketing Bench Consultants screening the resume, talking to the candidate and submitting to the Prime Vendor/Client.
Following up on every submission made to the Vendor with a phone call and (or) an email.
Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills in English
Marketing H1B, OPT, GC, and Citizen/Bench Consultants.
Must have excellent negotiation skills, both to ensure that the cost of resources added to bench are manageable and that the company gets best possible rate from its customers (existing and new) for its resources.
Should be able to get H1 Transfers, GC's and Citizen candidates to bench.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
