Job Description:

• Proven track record of delivering hiring results and bench sales

• Excellent Interpersonal skills and prior experience in interviewing the candidates on basic skills set is a must.

• Good understanding on bench sales and marketing of the resources

• Good negotiation skills, finding right candidates and searching appropriate positions based on the resource skills set, etc.

• Good understanding on W2 Sales.

• Good resume writing skills - highlighting the summaries, formatting the resumes, etc

• Good understanding on the various technologies in IT Recruitment and broad understanding on how the market works, etc.

• Experience with online sourcing

• Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written) and Technical Aptitude

• Graduate with 2 to 6 years' experience in Bench Sales in US IT Staffing

• Self-Motivated and a Go-getter

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize.

• Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends

• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment

• Willing to work in night shifts catering to US Business Hours, Mon - Fri

• Exposure to recruitment portals (i.e... Monster, DICE and LinkedIn etc.)

• Well versed with various tax terms (w2, C2C, 1099) and US Immigration processes (H1b, Green Card, OPT etc.)
