JD: This role part of Merger & Acquisition division
Ability to understand As-Is IT landscape and provide deep insights on current processes, people and technology.
Experience of managing IT and Business Projects and should have Programme management experience and track record of successful delivery of large, complex programmes.
Experience of working across industry verticals (eg. Financial Services, Retail, Mfg. etc.)
Flexible with working locations, the ability to learn quickly and leverage skills in new situations
Project work must include (preferably 2 projects) management of IT program office of a large implementation of ERP systems, preferably SAP, Oracle EBS, MS Dynamics etc.
Professionalism and consistency in approach to client work, internal business and practice development projects.
Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas.
Ability to develop and maintain internal and external networks.
To qualify for the role you must have
B. Tech / BE or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 to 10 years years of experience
Preferably from Transactions, M&A / IT Advisory background: ideally due diligence, carve-out or integrations experience; or a deep understanding of core aspects of a typical IT function.
