Adherence to Internal or Customer Specified Quality and Timeliness Standards
Prior Experience in Retail Lending /Banking or related domains is mandatory.
Proficiency in analytical tools like SAS and SPSS is mandatory.
Should have SIGNIFICANT hands on experience in scorecard development and monitoring.
Hands on experience in generating structured insights from big data collected from different sources and formats.
Business acumen and ability to translate data insights into meaningful business recommendations
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills and adaptability to different cultural environments.
Experience of 3-6 years would be the ideal fit.
Post Graduate in Quantitative Disciplines would be preferred. M.Sc/ MBA/ MA (Statistics, Economics, Financial Economics, Maths, Applied Maths, Finance, Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, Econometrics and etc.)
Short to Medium duration Client Site Visit would be required.
Sound knowledge of applied statistics / econometrics and data mining is a prerequisite.
