Job Responsibilities –
Understand client’s requirement and arrange samples accordingly.
Responsible for fabric sourcing, costing, follow ups, fabric calculations & color approvals.
Coordination & Meeting with suppliers as and when required.
Update internal team regarding the sourcing activity.
Coordinate with Design team for development of new design as per client’s requirement.
Costing and Negotiation with supplier/vendor.
Managing Store, Hangers and Samples received form Store.
Creation & Maintenance of database.
Preparation of PO in ERP system.
Coordination and execution with production team for timely delivery.
Coordinate with Export department and provide shipment details to the customer.
Communicate with Accounts team for payment details and closure of the order.
Maintaining all necessary documents for record purpose.

Should have Good computer skills and knowledge.
Experience in interacting with internal / external customers to understand the requirement.
Good Communication (Written & Verbal), strong Negotiation skill and Time Management.

ERP knowledge will be preferable

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Textile Engineering preferred. Any Graduate with relevant experience
CTC: upto 5 Lacs
