Job Description
Sourcer (Recruiter) - Contractual Role 
Looking for Immediate Joiner

To support the local Staffing team by providing complete support on all Sourcing activities to ensure compliance and fulfillment of all processes and procedures. This role provides excellent recruitment support to the Staffer across the organization by liasioning with the Business Managers and the larger Support functions thereby contributing to making the Staffing function a Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

-Assist with the design of a sourcing strategy to uncover both passive and active candidates through existing and new sources in order to maintain an effective pool of candidates. Utilize electronic process in recruiting and placement to maximize efficiency and time saving.

-Research and identify potential candidates using different recruiting methods: direct prospecting, Internet searches through Monster and Naukri, third-party suppliers or agencies, job fairs, Universities, and relational building.

-Strong ability to source, present, schedule candidate interviews, prep candidates, follow-up required to complete the hiring process.

-Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research; demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview to offer ratios.

-Successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all Staffing SLAs.

-Partner with client's TA team to build candidate generation plans, which include industry/competitive research and sourcing tactics to attract passive and active candidates for better hit ratio.

-Staying on top of the market; industry trends, extensive research, strategy implementation and managing research enquiries / requests.

-Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment status, analysis, dashboards; manage & deliver them in a timely and consistent basis


-Bachelor's / Master’s Degree or equivalent

-Experience with sourcing Technology and Non Technology resources.

-Experience in all sourcing techniques including job boards, ad response, Internet search engines, networking, referrals, headhunting and cold calling.

-Ability to research technology / skill sets to the extent needed for initially qualifying a profile.

-Must have excellent skills in alternate sourcing channels other than online job posting.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

-Impeccable attention to detail and problem solving skills

-Ensuring compliance to all Staffing processes and guidelines

-100% accuracy with zero error’s on all data management and reporting of all staffing metrics

-Ensuring all documentation activities are completed with the highest degree of quality and within the stated SLA’s

-Clients and HR colleagues surveyed for service satisfaction

Impact on the organization: Contributes to overall staffing and HR services by providing o sourcing services

Education: Bachelor’s or Masters in Human Resources

Experience/Skills: 3 ~ 7 years’ experience in the Recruitment function.
