In the role of SQA Analyst, you will plan for and ensure agile and scrum concepts are adhered to by the project team. You must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, work/collaborate/communicate effectively with leadership, project stakeholders and other external dependencies. You should possess strong knowledge of Scrum theory, practices, and rules. You will act as a facilitator of discussions and alternative approaches. You will plan for and ensure quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build and implementation of work product. You will participate in requirements elicitation, analysis of architecture, create and review design and contribute to activities risk planning. You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high quality deliverables. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

SQA Analyst is supposed to perform following activities:

• Verifies scope and acceptance criteria

• Plan and manage resources to ensure the team is staffed appropriately

• Resolve functional and technical problems to deliver to time, spend, and quality to ensure realization of business benefits

• Provides proactive communication of project status, budget, issues and risks to sponsors and stakeholders

• Works closely with the Program/Project team (if applicable) to achieve the team’s objectives

• Ensures adherence to Client established processes (SDLC, PMx, rRDS, Release Mgmt, Support etc.) while executing the project

 Ensure approved software development standards, processes and procedures are adhered to, as well as make recommendations on the adoption of industry best-practices;

 Perform process adherence assessments & phased exit reviews are conducted as per SQA guidelines and procedures;

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Years of SQA experience: 7-12 years

• Process Knowledge : Agile, Kanban, Kaizen, guide team in process following , suggest Continuous Improvements.

• Tools Knowledge : HP ALM , JIRA

• Domain Knowledge : Life Sciences , 21CFR Part 1l

• Quality engineering certification (ASQ, QAI) any Agile Certification

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
