1. 5-8years of MS SQL Server work experience 2. Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server and prior experience in MS SQL Server performance tuning 3. Advanced knowledge of T-SQL, including transactions, error handling, CTEs, Row_Number/Over,hierarchical data sets. 4. Excellent understanding of indexes, locks, execution plans and file stats 5. Experience in analyzing and optimizing I\O and CPU bottlenecks 6. Familiar with tools that can aid with profiling server resource usage and optimizing it 7. Should have a working knowledge about load balancing 8. Excellent communication skills for working with overseas clients. 9.Adhere to coding standards and produce high quality code
