"Role :

•Elicit, define and analyze medium to complex requirements in regards to control processes for temporary priv. access management (just in time access) & in various formats ensuring they are testable, measurable and traceable
•BUild Prototypes for new software with specific focus on user experience and process flow and run forums with stakeholders to capture their feedback.
•Describe the requirements and help design processes involved.
•Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non–functional requirements.
•Lead the appropriate teams to refine, prioritize and manage requirements using various tools
•Collaborate with the appropriate teams to build business cases and project justification reports
•Lead requirement walk-throughs with key stakeholders using various methods (e.g., team demos, workshops, sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions)
•Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience; communication of business information to a technical audience
•Define and resolve dependencies, issues and risks and identify impacted areas through team collaboration
•Act as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
•Co-ordinate testing efforts with Quality Assurance
•Collaborate cross functionality with infrastructure developers, support teams, and other engineering teams
•Develop training materials/process improvements
•Continuously develop subject matter expertise in business areas that help facilitate the needs and requirements of the business Contribute to strategic roadmap efforts
•Provide recommendations for continuous improvements

Skill Sets:

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred; Master’s degree preferred
•Minimum of 8 years’ practical experience in business analysis required
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in scrum/agile environments;
•Experience in Software prototyping (Must) (atleast 1 project)
•Experience applying business analysis techniques and documenting.
•Experience working with Agile collaboration tools – Jira, Confluence etc
•Understanding and Knowledge of Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management.(Preffered)
•Working with teams that use the Enterprise software systems using ASP.NET MVC, C# and Microsoft .NET Technologies, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS and other front-end technologies. "
