As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express the company's views creatively.
Handle Social Media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Administer the company's social media marketing and advertising.
Development of brand awareness and online reputation
SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns. Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation.

Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
Must have excellent writing and language skills.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
