Job Role: 1.To motivate the school teachers to use the Software.. 2.To conduct refresher training for the school teachers. 3.To ensure that all the hardware and software provided by company in the school are working properly. 4.To update the school server with all the new content and Software features. 5.Establish and maintain good relations with school authority. 6.For all technical and content related issues you can report to the Technical Manager & Academic Manager or you can log a call. 7.You need to Maintain software Usage and Call log Reports and discuss the same with the school management & Company Management at the end of the month. 8.Need to collect cheque from the school and deposit the same. 9.For any billing related query you can call to your Reporting Manager.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
