Job Responsibilities :
a)Key Deliverables/ Outcomes
i) Project QTC functions
ii) Detailed site study, including topography, meteorology and demographics.
iii) Project planning and scheduling.
iv) Resource management.
v) Assisting in assessing ongoing project viability. Other Responsibilities:
- Inter-department coordination to ensure close planning, monitoring and control.
- To support the Construction Manager in managing the schedules of their projects, especially by offering transparency, identifying risks and supporting fact-based decision making and responsibilities as below :
A. Compile detailed project schedules for the project-based individual activities, their order and timing.
B. Align the schedules with the Construction Manager and all other relevant parties, ensure SAP data is in line with it.
C. Monitor the status of all activities including input from order management, logistics and local teams.
D. Inform Construction Manager, Project Manager and other parties in time about status, critical paths, risks and mitigation
E. Support Resource Planning
F. Create Client Reports on Projects, share DPR and document to Clients.
G. Interface with PM and portfolio management team in HO.Functional Competencies
