Responsibilities:
  • To support and frontend all services which are part of the Siebel/postpaid CRM
  • Service Line,Error handling Siebel Email Integration
  • Support and frontend all services which are part of the Siebel/postpaid CRM Service Line
  • Troubleshoot application integration issues Provide inputs on improvements in the applications in a consistent manner.
  • Data migration,Data load,Data conversion,SQL related issues,DB related issues,Datastage Issue
  • Support and frontend all services which are part of the Siebel/postpaid CRM Service Line
  • Provide inputs on improvements in the applications in a consistent manner.
