Job Description:

As a System Integration Specialist (SIS), you will be directly responsible for enabling customers to realize VALUE from the solution by using their expertise to deliver and operationalize Client's products in the fastest and most efficient manner.

You will be a key member of the Client's deployment project team working with internal and external technical experts to install, integrate and configure the assigned Client solution in the customer’s business environment. You will be responsible for

Executing modeling of customer tariff structure

Support in configuration and customization

Define acceptance test scope

Execute on-site integration of complex BSS architectures incl. Internal products and ecosystem of new or already installed applications, interfaces configuration & integration

Work with 3rd parties in trouble resolution and ensuring compliance to requirements

Accountable for Operational Launch of solution

Responsible for migration testing (tooling and process) and first executions

Create a similar processes /instruction needed for the integration of the solutions in the customer’s system

Successfully hand over the deployed solution to the Support organization.

Skill Set:

Proven expertise in analysis and troubleshooting of software systems.
Knowledge of mobile telecom networks GSM⿍MA, billing solutions, real time rating and charging systems, CRM solutions.
Knowledge of Redknee TCB or Charge@Once Suite of products.
Experience in one or more aspects of Telecom BSS solution deployment/integration.
Experience with SUN/HP Solaris, LiNUX and shell/Perl scripting.
Excellent written and oral English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the proven ability to work proactively under minimal supervision.

System integration and configuration expertise.
Knowledge of multiple technologies including ʋut not limited to) TCP/IP, CORBA, SS7, Diameter, ISDN, Wireless IN strongly preferred.
Knowledge of configuring network elements including switches, routers, and load-balancers valued.

You must hold a valid passport.
Travel will be required for up to 10 week durations at a time.
50% travel throughout the year can be expected.
Possess the maturity to adapt to different corporate environments.
