Job Description
Responsibilities:

Develops software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs; conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.

Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using classic ASP, Microsoft .Net and SharePoint Server 2016/ 2019.

Programming, unit testing, research and Development, develop new applications and implement them on client applications

Implementation of SharePoint-based workflows/flow as well as development of Business Intelligence dashboards.

Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.

Coordinates installation of software and databases through various processes (Development Server, Staging Server and Production Server), bug fixing and providing support to successfully implement the application in production server.

Protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Actively participate in product design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment. A wide degree of creativity and latitude required.

Technical Skills

5-7 years of related experience, related College degree preferred: Bachelor and/or Master degree in Computer Science or Information Systems

At least 5 years hands-on SharePoint Development experience with SharePoint web content management, site branding, SharePoint features and solutions including web parts, content types, workflows, and site templates.

Hands on SharePoint 2016/2019, Office 365 experience in Workflow, Site Management, Document Management, Web Part creation and deployment, Custom Timer job creation and scheduling, Search, analytics, etc.

5 or more years of experience in supporting/administering SharePoint on premise and/or Online

Must have experience with Server side and Client side Object model.

Application knowledge on .Net, ASP.net, C#.

JavaScript MVC/MVVM framework, jQuery, HTML, Web Server (Node.js)

Sound knowledge on SQL Server

Office 365 development using Server / Client side programming model (Angular.js).

Application knowledge of SharePoint 2019 branding.

5 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server, IIS and MS Office

Must be able to gather and translate user requirements to technical solutions and implement those requirements

Qualifications, Experience and other skills:

5 years or more of experience in IT

First class Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed University is preferred

Excellent oral & written communication skills

Flexible and autonomous

A good team player with problem-solving attitude.

Prior experience in offshore-onshore in IT projects is a plus

Experience with Agile IT methodology is a plus

Banking Knowledge

General banking knowledge is a plus

Banking knowledge related to Wealth Management / Private banking is a plus
