A good exposure towards Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 A good exposure toward Office SharePoint Designer . Knowledge of Microsoft Platforms like Windows Server 2003 or Windows server 2007 or SQL 2000 or SQL 2005 and IIS Fair Understanding of Migration from SharePoint Portal 2003 to SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS). Taking care of Deployments , upgrades and patches Should have strong experience in the administration of IIS 5 / IIS 6 (installation, configuration, monitoring, upgrade) with strong troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills Experience in handling Global projects None
Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Policy Servicing:-
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
