SFDC Support Analyst
  • Consulting – Provide expertise in assisting business and end users for day to day operations primarily in SFDC while working with other integrating applications
  • Business and process analysis
  • Liaising with stakeholders from engineering and customer support teams
  • Quality Assurance & Documentation

Knowledge and Expertise:
  • Over 3 years SFDC consultancy experience.
  • Strong understanding of SFDC application and integration with other applications.
  • Experience of working in project/support capacity
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of SFDC application area
  • Ability to create high quality documentation

Person Specification:
  • Highly confident with providing support to users
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers
  • Solves complex problems with creative solutions
  • Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Good to Have:
  • Knowledge and exposure of MS Dynamics 365
