Key Job Description/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities • Responsible for working with IT and other technical teams within the business to successfully design and manage solutions leveraging the full power of the Force.com platform and integration with existing systems • Document requirements and specifications for custom components and interfaces, design solutions in accordance to best practices, and lead technical teams through the build, test and deployment of the solution • Maintain and enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance and security in the Salesforce.com application • Assist in developing, enhancing and maintaining automated processes and applications integrated with the Salesforce.com application. • Review requirements and work with project managers to refine the technical details of project specifications • Develop and implement functional tests for security configurations and automated processes • Provide cross-functional training to internal stakeholders and peers, sub-ordinates Required Technical Skills/Qualifications • 6-10 years of development experience implementing SFDC solutions. • Demonstrable experience with Solution Design with Ability to identify solutions that suit business needs that also fit environment as well as project requirements • Work experience should include creating custom user interfaces with Visual Force, developing custom business logic in APEX, writing test classes • Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL experience preferred • Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX experience preferred • Experience integrating business processes across disparate systems and multiple Salesforce instances using SOAP, XML, REST, MSMQ, workflow, XML, HTML and JavaScript • Solid understanding of SaaS and CRM development processes and methodologies • Hands on experience debugging and resolving issues in existing code • Experience using eclipse, sublime IDE’s • ANT migration tool usage and execution • Expertise in developing, deploying and integrating Salesforce.com CRM solutions. • Extensively worked on Salesforce Web Services/REST Service implementation and integrations. • Implemented integrations with HTTP API, SOAP API, REST API, OAuth 1.0a/2.0 Additional Requirements: • SFDC Certifications: App Builder and Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2 AND/OR Admin or Service Consultant.(Required) • SFDC Admin Certification (Preferred) • Must have experience on at least 2 full life cycles of software development • 2+ years of experience in Agile / scrum methodology • Creative problem solving abilities Continuous integration in salesforce development environment • Candidates must have excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a cross-team project group • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Education qualification : BE /B Tech ( IT/CS/Electronics) / MCA / MSc Computer science
