The Role § Collaborate with global teams CRM Development team for a complex system that is deployed globally. § Design, develop and implement solutions to the agreed schedule and in accordance with architectural, quality and process standards. § Communication with various stakeholders that include business, adherence to SLAs while working on production issues. § Mentor the junior team members and improve overall productivity of sustenance development teams § Work with other Developers, Architects, Development Managers, Systems Analysts to ensure timely delivery of a high quality overall solution that meets business requirements and enhances stability/performance/scalability of the application. § Provide assistance with design prototyping and walk-throughs, as required. § Ensure compliance, audit & quality standards maintained across all technical areas. § Contribute to standards and processes to be followed during the support and development lifecycle Experience Required § 4+ years of overall experience in Software Development with 2 to 3 Years of experience in implementing Salesforce.com application as DEVELOPER is required/Mandatory § Candidate should have good experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce.com using Apex, Visual Force, Integration tools like Mulesoft, Boomi or TIBCO or ESB § Developer track Certification in SFDC is preferred though not mandatory § Proven skills in integrating JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX based functionalities in Visualforce components and pages § Experience in developing data migration solutions using Web Services API and third-party integration tools (Apex Data Loader, DB Amp) § Experience with Salesforce APEX code and triggers, APIs, production deployment using ANT, Force.com IDE, etc. § Experience to build and modify Salesforce.com Reports and Dashboards in Classic and Lighting UI. § High Level proficiency in Salesforce.com administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, and dashboards § Experience with data management and relational database design and familiarity with data formats, table joins and ETL § Able to demonstrate business process knowledge at Enterprise level Qualification: • Bachelors of Engineering/Technology degree in Computer Science or equivalent • SFDC Certification is mandatory
