Location: Bangalore

Job Description
Sales Force Automation Operations Manager is a strategic role to transform its sales force automation landscape.
-The role will be responsible for leading strategic Sales Force Automation systems operations and innovations
-This role directly impacts the core business processes managed by front line sales representatives.
-The role will be required to drive strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
-The individual will be expected to drive the implementation and maturity of the SFA platforms along with other integrated commercial solutions and align the technology strategy in partnership with the Commercial teams.
-The role will also work with key business stakeholders to drive demand management and capacity planning for the SFA digital platforms. This leader will work closely with the Digital, SAP Delivery Team, CTO, CISO and analytics leader

Minimum Required
Proven track record to execute and deliver Sales Force Automation Programs. Solid understanding of the configuration and functional set up of SAP sales & distribution and trade promotion management modules. Ability to objectively assess IT systems and process and devise effective solutions to mitigate risk, Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud hosting, android development environment, middleware technologies, SAP Integrations, Backup solutions, ETL, Project Management and ITIL processes for service operations.
Ability to assist in documenting and providing incident response in a timely fashion, Strong familiarity with SFA operations processes, Coaching (Motivating, Provide Feedback, Develop Others); Attention to Detail; Entrepreneurial (Risk Oriented, Competitive); Perceptive; Analytical Thinking (Strategic Thinking, Thinking Systematically, Problem Solving); Leadership (Visioning, Commitment, Decisive, Persuading, Influencing); Creative Thinking; Negotiating; Customer Focused; Teamwork; Change Management; Communication Skills (Listening, Speaking, Writing, Inquiring); Project Management; Presentation Skills (Presenting); Process Management

Broad based knowledge of web and mobile technologies (HTML5, Xamarin, Java, .NET, C#, iOS, Android), middleware technologies like Mulesoft and AIS, API based solution designing.
