Job Description
This role will entail managing the full spectrum of customer relationships, lead generation, sales, business development all the way to drive delivery, innovation and technology functions. It is a full-fledged responsibility for top-line, P&L and growth for the Services sub-vertical. The scope of business is towards diverse top global clients in Consulting, Technology and Professional services. The candidates being sourced should have similar leadership experience in IT services space. The only compromise in the specs could be for candidates currently working in the No 2 position in the top 10 IT companies can also be considered for the No. 1 position provided they have the caliber to scale up. Handle the P&L end-to-end for an approximate revenue base of 100 mil USD out of total Healthcare and Services revenue base of 600 mil USD. The vertical mainly focuses on Professional Services, Information & Data management company, Staffing company, Not for Profit and Security Companies The constituents of Services sub-verticals, namely: the sales, delivery organization, solution architecture and pre-sales would be part of the responsibilities The incumbent has to constantly develop and align a tailor-made strategy for addressing the market requirements. The strategic plan should clearly craft out the differentiated solution offerings, investment in teams and capabilities and projection of financial results to progressively enhancing the revenue of the Services sub-vertical.  Creating a strong Wipro market positioning and increasing the mindshare of Wipro within the market. Constantly leading sales and innovation efforts to increase the topline, reduce costs and increasing operating margins. Lead certain key customer pitches and establish superior win track-record within the sector. Defining & directing Partnerships & Alliances strategy.
