Job Description

Description: -Minimum 4+ years working experience in ServiceNow as a Developer. -Certified ServiceNow developer is preferred. -Experience with ServiceNow Development, Support and Implementation. -Experience in designing complex Forms, workflows Strong analytical, estimating and problem solving skills -Working experience with portal development, CMS and Scripting. -Experience in ServiceNow modules like Service Management, Service Request Management, Knowledge Base. -Hands on Experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SAM, GRC and related topics and modules. -Extensive experience of integrating ServiceNow with 3rd party tools and implantation of SOAP and REST API. -Exposure to Service-Now platform tools like Discovery and Orchestration Environment. -In-depth knowledge of the technical implementation of Incident Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Problem management, Knowledge Management, Configuration Management, Service Catalog, Reporting. -Experience in upgradation and migrated data from Calgary, Eureka, Geneva, Helsinki to Jakarta. -Experience in Integrations like LDAP, SSO, SNOW to SNOW, Web services etc. -Experience in writing the Catalog client scripts and UI policies and managing all aspects of the Service Catalog application. -Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes and Access Control Lists etc. -Experience in creating and maintaining API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services. -Experience in ServiceNow Reporting activity. -Expertise in implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum. -Loads, manipulates and maintains data between ServiceNow and other systems. -Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
