Job Description

• Serve as customer service professional regarding handling data entry of Ameriprise documentation
• Accept/reject change requests providing appropriate rationale

Responsibilities

• Accurately interpret, identify and resolve the discrepancies in the Client Account Maintenance request, follow-up with the advisors on the documents provided
• Resolve more complex issues with designated service partners and resolve any outstanding question(s) 
• Collaborate with business partners across different sites on daily basis to process work
• Utilize specific internal computer applications and enter all information in the appropriate system
• Utilize a broad perspective applied to the process.  Demonstrates strong knowledge of the process to make informed decisions to move request forward.

Required Qualifications
• B.Com / or equivalent with more than 0-1year of post-qualification experience
• Industry proficient with understanding of Brokerage concepts
• Prior work experience on Client Account Maintenance activities will be preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Should have an Eye for Detail
• Ability to adapt to changing systems and processes quickly and accurately
• Ability to learn complex products 
• Ability to research and resolve problems, and in addition can quickly identify and correct the root cause of issues.
