• Serve as customer service professional regarding handling data entry of Ameriprise documentation• Accept/reject change requests providing appropriate rationale Responsibilities
• Accurately interpret, identify and resolve the discrepancies in the Client Account Maintenance request, follow-up with the advisors on the documents provided• Resolve more complex issues with designated service partners and resolve any outstanding question(s) • Collaborate with business partners across different sites on daily basis to process work• Utilize specific internal computer applications and enter all information in the appropriate system• Utilize a broad perspective applied to the process. Demonstrates strong knowledge of the process to make informed decisions to move request forward.Required Qualifications• B.Com / or equivalent with more than 0-1year of post-qualification experience• Industry proficient with understanding of Brokerage concepts• Prior work experience on Client Account Maintenance activities will be preferred• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Should have an Eye for Detail• Ability to adapt to changing systems and processes quickly and accurately• Ability to learn complex products • Ability to research and resolve problems, and in addition can quickly identify and correct the root cause of issues.
