Service Desk Requirements :
1. Rotational where 70% deployed for Night shift(6pm to 3am)
2. This project is 100% Voice based ( call taking ) process for IT Service Desk
3. Contract position
Analyst should possess the following skill set:
The Requirement is for Service Desk – Voice process.
Service Desk, Technical Support , Helpdesk Support – Application Support can fit the role provided they are willing to take calls and work in 24/7 Shifts
· Good in English spoken and written communication
· Experience in Service Desk process
· Should be aware of the contractor Role
· Willing to work in Night Shifts (6:30pm-3:30am)-No Cabs for male candidates and female will get only drop facility
· Should possess strong technical skill sets on Service Desk Apps ( Microsoft Outlook ,AD, server end, Windows OS , Networking , Hardware ) and more
Candidate should have experienced in ,
- Basic Hardware Troubleshooting
- Exposure on COTS Application and MS Office
- MS Outlook ,Operating System Trouble shooting.
