•Past work experience in a high-traffic customer services setting.•Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.•Knowledge and understanding of end User requirements.•Ability to prioritize and control severity tickets.•Attending customer calls via email or calls.•Registration of customer request in ticketing tool (Service Now)•Severity Ticket Assignments.•Ticket Updation.•Vendor follow-up / Coordination.•Generating Reports.
