JD:-

Mandatory

· Active Directory – reset passwords, add to groups, create email DL’s

· Lync – how to check volume, reset status, transfer calls etc.

· Helpful and Positive Phone manner, Excellent Comm. Skills

· Typing skills

· Office 2010 & 2016

· Exchange User admin

· Network + - check connectivity & Wi-Fi

· Enthusiastic

· Positive attitude

· Very strong customer service orientation.

Desirable

· SAP (Working Life)

· A+ (Hardware & Software)

· ITIL Awareness -ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service (preferred)

· Experience with Service Now

· Documentation Management

· MAC OSX - Apple Troubleshooting

· Surface Tablets

· Windows 10

· 2 years’ Service Desk experience in a corporate environment, supporting 500+ users
