Job Description
• Ability to define and manage ITIL Service Strategy, Operation and process Improvements

• Team onboarding, smooth knowledge transition and effective utilization of the team

• Capacity Planning and Forecasting

• SLA stabilization/improvements

• Maintain and manage skill matrix of Support engineers

• Adherence to committed schedule, capacity/effort & quality of the deliverables

• Risks management & mitigation

• Coordination between multiple groups and OEM vendors to ensure adherence to work scope and Service Level Agreements

• Analyze & Report the progress status, Bi-weekly/monthly trend of Incidents & Service requests

• Knowledge Management and orientation to concerned stakeholders for Shift-left goals

• Team motivation, team building & ensuring good working environment

• Setting interim targets/goals to sustain high Customer Satisfaction

candidates need to be ready for 24*5 support – rotational shifts
