Job Description
 Carry out market analysis by using different sources to generate new customers

 Develop and maintain an accurate and consistent customer database through an appropriate customer prospect follow-up process

 Provide regular reporting and activity plans to Porsche Center management

 Use Service Marketing tools and customer retention programs to explore new ways of business Close communication with other departments in the Porsche Center about all related workshop activities Handling of all processes related to service customers

 Secure a clean, tidy and well maintained working environment and equipment

 Provide a consistent, pleasant and memorable service experience for each customer

 Establish, build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers and prospects by anticipating and meeting their needs for services and products, as well as by and matching them with Porsche products and/or service offerings

 Actively, effectively sell, promote, communicate and deliver Porsche services. Also, select product parts, Tequipment, PDDS, POW, campaigns etc.

 Utilise all necessary Porsche tools PET, C@P, PPN, NPA, PIWIS, KPI, Service Manual, IMS, DMS etc.

 Manage customer feedback that includes the organisation of an efficient complaint management process according to Porsche standards

 Pursue, encourage, comply and exceed all standards, procedures and guideline set by Porsche

 Regular monitoring, analysing and enhancing of all established work related processes according

to Porsche Standard
