Job Purpose: To identify, develop and deliver trainings. Regularly monitor and review the effectiveness of the training programs
Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Conduct TTT sessions for new/potential trainers for the department
  • Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal system and regular consultation with line managers and human resources departments.
  • Using trend data from Quality Assurance reports create one-on-one or group trainings to resolve training discrepancies;
  • Design and expand training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs;
  • Work with the management staff to develop and facilitate motivational activities for DBAs
  • Should be able to create new content as and when necessary
  • Develop and conduct refreshers based on Training needs.
  • Preparation of Training Plans, and relevant Training reports and Dashboards.
  • Develop and deliver effective induction programmes.
  • Devise individual learning plans and coach them.
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
  • Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
  • Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals and attend relevant courses.
