Result Statement: - This position is responsible for the timely execution of all projects according to the standards of the company. Also handling site issues and customer/client complaints along with the execution team.
Duties n Responsibilities:-
Understanding the project by coordinating with the project manager after receiving the work order.
Check if required material is available and inform the project manager if any material is missing.
Making the BOQ of Piping and Cabling material, getting approval from the project Manager.
Guide execution team about Installation and execution of project on site.
Errect the site according to the project plan.
Make all required preparations for the trial run of plant.
Supervision of project activity i.e. Equipment erection, installation and piping work & Commissioning work Etc.
Commissioning of the plant with water.
Develope the process when actual sewage is formed.
Cary out actual commissioning of the plant in front of the client.
Send water sample to the lab for analysis.
Send daily, weekly and monthly priorities and reports of self/team to the Project Manager.
Eligibility Criteria: Sr.Technician
Education: - ITI in pluming, cabling, fabrication
Experience: - 4-5 Years in similar position
Language (write, speak, and read): English, Hindi, and Marathi

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
