1) Sr stewards require to know excel, maintaining DSR reports and should be well experienced on how to use the billing POS
2) Stewards should have basic english, should know on how to take orders and do proper table service ..
3) Captain should be able to handle a shift in absence of ARM and should know paper works
4) Continental cook should know basic continental cooking like pastas & basic hygiene standards
5) Pantry man should know how to make pizzas & sandwiches
6) ARM should be able to handle proper staffing and should have full knowledge of all reports, should be good in paper work
