• BS degree in a technical discipline and minimum 3+ years software engineering experience • Experience with the Windows 7/10/ operating system • Experience working with video SDKs and Ethernet protocols • Fluent knowledge and in depth understanding of C#, C++, and .NET • Experience with WPF, Win forms • Experience developing GUI applications both in C++ and C# WinForm and WPF • Experience with MVC, JSON, Angular • Experience with SQL Server and SQL CE • Solid work experience with Software Version systems, software change management, continuous integration and automated unit testing processes • Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum • Hands-on experience in testing/debugging of software developed by other team members • Familiarity with the Visual Studio 10 + development environment • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with adjustments to priorities to meet organizational goals • Effective communication skills; ability to articulate clearly and concisely • Knowledge of safety critical software or CENELEC standards and rail industry is a plus

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
