Development and Maintenance of Quality Management System. Should have skills and experience in design, development and maintenance of Quality Management system, catering to various quality standards and models – like ISO 9001, CMMI and ISO 27001.
Facilitation: Should have skills and experience in facilitating project teams and various support departments to implement QMS.
Internal Audits: Should have knowledge and experience in planning, scheduling and conducting Internal Quality Audits.
Metrics Analysis and Building PPBs and PPMs: Should have knowledge and experience in organization metrics system, project metrics analysis, building PPBs and PPMs using statistical techniques.
Data Analysis and Identification of CAPA / improvements: Should have skill set to analyze Review comments / testing defects/ Process tailoring / internal audit findings and to establish CAPA and to identify further improvements.
Quality Process Models and Standards: Should have commendable knowledge and implementation experience in various quality standards and models namely ISO 9001:2008/2015, CMMI-Dev, CMMI-SVC, ISO27001:2005/2013
Develop, maintain and continually improve SDLC methodology, best practices, process, KPIs and standards to provide consistency across products
Ensure these standards are defined and agreed upon in conjunction with Development managers, QA Leads and Project Managers
Train, provide technical direction and mentor the teams to follow group standards and SDLC process and improve team efficiency
Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports periodically
Identify gaps in process adherence, suggest remedial action plan and track to closure
Drive organization initiatives, methodologies, guidelines and best practices across the teams
Evaluate and adopt any new process defined by COE - Track and aid projects in fulfilling the processes and minimizing tech debt
Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
Should have experience with QMS, ISO 9001 and CMMI
Accountable for Internal Audit planning, scheduling, execution of internal audits, analyzing, tracking non-conformances to closure
Verify audit results and initiate necessary CAPA (Corrective and Preventive action)
Ensure process adherence throughout the lifecycle of the project as per applicable standards
Understand the tools that are being used in SDLC and provide knowledge to the teams
Creating POCs and adapt them as a process, conduct trainings to the teams on various principles and tools
Exposure to working in agile product development mode using concepts such as micro-services-based development and deployment
Formal education level: Bachelor's Degree
6+ years of relevant industry experience
Extensive experience in full software life cycle including Waterfall, Agile methodologies, life cycle, and processes and/ or DevOps
Experience with Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, JIRA and Confluence
Experience on Code coverage tools, security tools
Experience in implementing Process in various industry verticals like (BFSI, Retail)
Experience in auditing and monitor activities with regards to process and product quality assurance
Previously dealt with mission-critical production issues in terms of data volumes and speed of data
