Job Description
Manage the daily workflow of a team of min 5 QAs (both manual and automation).

Work with business teams and communicate the product vision, clarify use cases

and requirements, and resolve questions and issues that arise during development

Create and maintain the teams roadmap and milestones.

Write specs, test plans, release checklists. Communicate functionality and

incorporate feedback.

Manage roadmaps for the software ecosystem

Ability to make quick assessments and decision making in order to balance

competing priorities in face of constraints and ambiguity

Perform in an Agile environment, write user stories, and prioritize features

Engage with customers for business opportunities, to present product vision and

roadmap, understand market requirements, and to provide support pre-sales and

post-sales engagements

Work successfully with all internal departments (engineering, sales, marketing,

etc.) to ensure compliance with product and company goals

Interact with customers on an on-going basis to determine satisfaction levels and

Experience managing and leading teams in both manual and automated

environment

Previous experience in one of the following is a must: BPO, solution provider or

consulting firm servicing retail

Strong strategic leadership and analytical skills

Excellent communication (written and oral) skills and collaborate effectively with

proven interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across multiple time zones.

Team player with good leadership skills; able to manage and resolve conflict

Self-motivated and driven.
