Working as part of the company, you shall be the person responsible for managing small to large facility-type projects, and in planning, design, co-ordination and control of a construction project from its inception to the time it is completed. He/She is responsible for ensuring that the client’s requirements regarding the functionality and standards are met. He/She is also responsible for ensuring that that a project is concluded successfully.
Managing scope, organization, budget, and schedule from simple to complex facility projects
Manage multiple projects at one time
Coordinating and working with multi-disciplined staff throughout the U.S.
Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and budget; and developing contingency strategy if schedule or budget are not being met
Determine the best source of resources
Scheduling and estimating the time required to complete the project
Overseeing the selection of trade contractors and general contractors who are ideal for the completion of a project
Supervising or monitoring subordinate employees
Overseeing the performance of designers and contractors
Ensuring that all safety is adhered to on all projects
Skills / Qualifications
Minimum of 8+ years of related work experience
Professional certification desired
