Job Description
  • 9+ years of IT Services Pre-Sales experience 
  • Must have managed end to end RFP/RFQ (RFx) process 
  • Must have most of the experience in managing presales for Application Development,
    Application Maintenance and Support services and consulting opportunities. 
  • Must have 2+ years of delivery experience for application development and maintenance
  • Excellent proposal writing  and presentation creation skills
  • Participate in RFP analysis thereby providing key inputs to the management towards go / no-go
  • decisions
  • Collaborate & coordinate with various stakeholders, business units/Line of Business (LOB), cross functional  teams and identify bid approach, integrate proposal sections and deliver acomprehensive proposal
  • Ability to drive proposal creation working with different stakeholders and meeting submission timelines
  • Verification of estimations for complete coverage & preparing costing sheets and finance/commercial proposals.
  • Experience on conducting research on Market trends, geography scope, competition,  etc. &publishing data to sales team & Senior Management.
  • Support global sales team in sales pitch presentations
  • Identify partners with required capabilities and skills on need basis and collaborate with them for a complete solution/proposal  delivery.
