Job profile The Senior Manager– UK Payroll will be based in Pune and have overall responsibility to manage the following business unit in the delivery center. The role reports into the India Vice President for day to day, business support and client service functions. Some of the key activities that the Senior Manager– UK Payroll will have responsibility for are: • core UK payroll domain experience (5+ years in UK payroll) • Should have transitioned projects from UK and other European countries • Currently Managing teams of > 15 FTEs in his current work profile • Interacting directly with end clients in his present role • Managing multiple clients with his team • Working in a 3rd party BPO in the current work profile • preparing and presenting management reports/ MIS • Hire motivate and grow teams to deliver the promised service • Deliver the promised service • Grow the practice as per the goals set • Assume P&L responsibility of the practice • Proactively initiate Productivity and Efficiency improvements • Client Servicing and Relationship Management • Demonstrate domain expertise by solving client’s and team’s queries
Candidate Profile • Must have 10 plus years overall experience with at least the last 3 in a Practice Head function • Demonstrated ability of project and people management • Should have a strong understanding of the business process service industry and preferably have a process/ operations background • MBA from a reputed institute will be an added advantage • Experience in working in outsourcing solutions in the payroll domains will be a big plus

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
