Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager \u2013 Business Analyst, HR

In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement Active user of Internet and online applications.

Responsibilities
. Consolidate, analyze, synthe and manage content creation and coordination for the vital talent discussions of HMS
. Engage and coordinate with multiple teams across the company to evaluate information, decompose high-level information into details and abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding
. Undertake primary & secondary research to prepare materials for the leader to be presented at different internal and external forums


Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

. Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
