Job Title : Director of Business Development
Location: Multiple positions are open for the following locations
India : Delhi

Department : Commercial
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Build new partners (airlines, hotels, rail, cruise liners) for Optiontown’s innovative portfolio (Flight Pass and revenue managed ancillary suite)
Attend industry conferences and other meetings to build Optiontown awareness
Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives and attending client meetings
Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing airline partners and growing the revenues to achieve targets. Run each partnership like an entrepreneur running an independent high-tech company on a high growth trajectory.

Desired Candidate Profile
9-15 years of strong revenue management and analysis and /or sales experience with Airlines or revenue management/reservation service providers located in respective locations for the position as defined below
Location Specific Experience
For India – Experience within India and Middle-East and South-East Asia
Proven Sales expertise and superior inter-personnel skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance partner relationships
Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing revenues, costs and project ROIs
Missionary Sales & strong entrepreneurial spirit, can-do and result driven attitude.
Ability to work independently with all executive levels (from C-Level to Analysts)

Education - Bachelors Degree in any field + MBA (preferred)
Salary - Base Salary + Revenue Based Bonus + Stock Options (best in the industry)
