Required Qualifications & Experience: • 5+ years of working experience on Java/J2EE Server side development. • Well versed with L2 & L3 activities. • Experience in Production support is mandatory. • In-depth experience on any of the monitoring tools like (Splunk,Dynatrace, Sitescope, Geneos, Interscope, HPBSM). • Should be ready to work in rotational shifts. • Provide on call support • Handling Production Ticket/Issues. • Preparing RCA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document • Prepare and/or review Impact Analysis based on issue analysis. • Team handling experience.

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
