Responsibility:

Prepare the business cases / feasibility studies for organisation Investment Opportunities (Current & New). Like Real Estate Investment, Financial Investments etc.
Understand the business needs (problem/opportunity/market demand) and collaborate with stakeholders to define multiple feasible solutions through BA planning, elicitation, requirement analysis, requirement management process.
Evaluates and develops various methods of analysis and/or project planning that influence companystrategic & Investment initiatives (opportunities, needs, market demand). Analyzes and evaluates data gathered from multiple sources. Reconciles differences and applies consistent approaches to data interpretation and performance measurement results.
Prepare complex investment portfolio analysis, financial modeling and cash flow analysis. Justify the cost of the project/work/opportunity for the funding and Look at proposals to estimate the risk and rewards.
Employing an integrated, portfolio-based approach for committing funds for company Investments & Support the organisation Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process.
Responsible for critical examinations of current business/Investment processes and provides recommendations for improving quality and/or increasing efficiency within business & Investments.
Engages with business partners, Vendors, and staff to ensure that critical strategic decisions are vetted and well thought out prior to implementation. Ensures project dependencies are clearly defined and communicated appropriately in terms of time required to complete.
Required Experience & Skills:
  • Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • May have practical knowledge of investments.
  • Requires 5 years minimum prior relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing, business requirement proposals, client interaction, and methodology documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with thoroughness and attention to detail is highly desired.
  • Real Estate & Free Zone Knowledge
