Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for the Employee life Cycle

Manage the following Practices for his/her assigned BU’s

Rewarding

Performance Management System

IJP

Employee Satisfaction Survey’s

Develop Job Descriptions and identify key competencies for BU specific roles

Training teams on HR processes, policies and programs across the organization

Enable Employee Connect programs such as one-on-ones, skip levels meetings,

Handle Digital HR platforms for day to day operations

Desired Skills:

Experience of 3 to 6 years in the area of Talent Management & Engagement or HRBP( Business Partner)

Excellent communication & interpersonal and presentation skills

Strong problem solving skills.

Any graduate /post graduate
