Job Description
The Executive Connect provides executive support to the Chairman’s office. The Executive Connect role serves as the primary point of contact for the office for internal and external business connects to support the executives. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with very strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Connect must be able to work to demanding deadlines under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.  Works closely with the Chairman’s administrative office. Plans and coordinates overseas travel for client meetings and global events Communicates directly, and on behalf of the office on matters related to invitations to events. Works closely and effectively with other executives’ office on client connect and communication Program manages participation at various events like The Business Council, NASSCOM, World Economic Forum Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the office and internal department Acts as the single point of contact between the office and Strategic Marketing Plans and executes communication to clients on the occasions of festivals and other important announcements Manages Strategic Relationship Connect (SRC) MIS for meeting records and client connects Prepares and delivers Quarterly Client Impact report for the office. Coordinate with executive leadership office to share client connect details and maintain a common database. Reviews communication and provides follow-ups reports to support the administrative office for any of the above tasks. In addition, the incumbent will also be involved in key marketing transformation projects 30% of time.
